Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final.

Spellbound Candle Company does not accept returns or exchanges on any products. Due to the nature of our goods, including but not limited to candles, room sprays, incense, and limited or seasonal items, products cannot be returned or resold once shipped.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Scent preference or dissatisfaction

  • Ordering errors made by the customer

  • Misinterpretation of product descriptions

  • Changes of mind

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions carefully prior to purchase. If you have questions about a product before ordering, we encourage you to contact us for clarification.

Manufacturing Defects or Damage

In the event that your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage incurred during transit (such as broken glass, leaking product, or other verifiable defects), please contact us promptly.

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographic evidence of the item and packaging

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved claims may result in a replacement or other resolution at our discretion. No refunds will be issued.
